Program Information
9-week group for female-identified survivors of sexual assault. Participants practice gentle yoga poses, mindfulness exercises, and breath work at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for them. Weekly themes include tapping into sensory awareness, noticing your body’s needs, and making choices about what feels right in the moment.
