These blended services ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to Behavioral Health, Primary Medical Care, Adult Education, Youth Mentoring and Leadership, Victim Assistance, Health Insurance Enrollment Assistance, Legal Aid, and Translation and Interpretation through Colorado Language Connection. We are committed to offering accessible and affordable health care blending Eastern, Western, and Pacific Islander traditions.
