Program Information
Jefferson Center offers a variety of wellness classes each quarter that are free to Medicaid clients and $5-$10 per class for private insurance clients. Open to anyone recieving mental health services at JCMH.

Help Provided: Alcohol, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Depression, General wellness education, I’m not sure what drug or alcohol problem, I’m not sure what mental health problem, Marijuana, OCD, Opioids, PTSD or other trauma, Personality disorder, Relapse prevention education, Schizophrenia or other psychosis, Self-harm, Stimulants, Yoga and fitness classes
