The NoStigmas Peer Group is a private Facebook group for people to share experiences and ask questions related to mental health and suicide. Volunteer Support Navigators are around to make sure the group stays safe and positive.

The Compassionate Friends Online Support Live Chat

Online supportive chatrooms are available for both general child loss support and for specific circumstances like pregnancy/infant loss, suicide loss, no surviving children, and bereaved more or less than 2 years.
