The Empowerment Program

Open to Empowerment Program participants only. TREM is a group intervention designed to help women who have suffered from abuse and/or trauma. This approach emphasizes survivor empowerment and peer support, teaches techniques for self-soothing and recognizing social boundaries, and helps women learn to focus on manageable steps of problem solving.

The Trauma-Sensitive Yoga & Psychotherapy Group is a combined yoga and group therapy session for woman-identified survivors of trauma. Men who are interested in this group are welcome to call and express their interest so that a men’s group can be created. The 2-hour sessions are $65 per person.
