Give An Hour

Give an Hour is a charitable network of mental health professionals that are willing to give free individual therapy sessions to individuals who are affected by a disaster, are in or have a family member in the military, and who are members of specific programs not located in Colorado. The Life-Line program of the Denver Inner City Parish is located at College View Community Center in southwest Denver. Life-Line for Adults works with clients who struggle with substance abuse and/or transitioning out of gangs or prison. Services available through Life-Line include counseling, case management, prosocial activities, mentorship, resource connection, system navigation, career exploration, life skills, and job readiness training.

LifeRing Colorado

LifeRing is a secular addiction recovery support network that can serve as an alternative or complement to 12-step programs. Meetings are held throughout the week across Colorado and can be found on the website.
Colorado Pregnancy & Newborn Loss Services
Type of Support: Group Support
Meetings are held in several locations in the Denver Metro area and are offered for both people who are grieving the loss of a pregnancy or newborn and for those pregnant or planning pregnancy after miscarriage or newborn loss. There is a one-time fee to attend support meetings, but scholarships and sliding scale options are available. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
