Peer Support Group for Mental Health and Suicide

The NoStigmas Peer Group is a private Facebook group for people to share experiences and ask questions related to mental health and suicide. Volunteer Support Navigators are around to make sure the group stays safe and positive.

Survivors of Suicide Peer Support & Outreach Program

The Survivor Outreach Program is a peer-to-peer support service for people who have lost a loved one to suicide. People who are interested in recieving support fill out a questionnaire about themselves and the loss that they experienced so they can be matched with a volunteer peer who has had a similar experience. Peer support can be offered in person on a limited basis, but most support is offered via telephone, video call, or email.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health Navigation Services

The Navigation Services Team at Jefferson Center for Mental Health assists community members with finding public benefits for which they are eligible and assists them in the application process. They also provide information & referrals to community resources and programs.
