Victim to Victory Support Group

This support group for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, incest and rape is here for you. Come to a safe place to experience your healing and become all God has designed you to be! This session runs for 13 weeks.

Art Journaling Group

“Receive your own blank sketch book and “Create Your Story” through art journaling. It is your art journal and your time to express yourself through art in any way you choose. Hang out, listen to music, and make art in a relaxed, fun environment with your fellow EDF members.”

A Place of Our Own

A Place of Our Own is the Eating Disorder Foundation’s home to support and education programs. In addition to support groups, the center accommodates informal drop-in visits for people seeking support, alone time, or socializing with other people in recovery. The space is surrounded by a garden that is also open to visitors. Drop-in hours can be found on the website.

Wellness Classes

Jefferson Center offers a variety of wellness classes each quarter that are free to Medicaid clients and $5-$10 per class for private insurance clients. Open to anyone recieving mental health services at JCMH.

Homelessness Programs Hotline

303.467.2604. The Homelessness Programs Hotline helps individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness with finding community resources and getting emergency food and hygiene products. Certain individuals may also qualify for rent assistance, utilities assistance, and case management services.

Teen Line Support Line

Call 800.TLC.TEEN from 6PM to 10PM PST (7PM to 11PM MST) or text “TEEN” to 839863 from 6PM to 9PM PST (7PM to 10PM MST) to speak with another teenager for support.

ADAA Online Support Group

The ADAA Online Support Group is an anonymous support forum for individuals with anxiety disorders, including PTSD, and depression as well as their family members. Registration is required. Accessible via iOS app and web browser.

SMART Online Forum

SMART Online Forum is a supportive message board for individuals using SMART Recovery. Subforums for specific addictions, family members and friends, teens and youth, women, medical/mental health professionals, and other circumstances are available.

SMART Recovery Online Meetings

SMART Recovery online meetings are available for adults, teens & youth, and family & friends. Some meetings are voice-based and others are text-only. A calendar of meetings can be found on the website.
