Sexual Assault Survivors Group

The Sexual Assault Survivors Group is a curriculum-based, therapist-led support group for woman-identified survivors of adult sexual assault. The 2-hour sessions are $65 per person and run for a total of 16 weeks.

Grief Support for Adults

This 4-week program is designed for people who have unresolved grief from a loss in childhood. Because many children are not granted the space to process their feelings about the loss, some adults find that they need to process these feelings in later life. This program enables these adults to talk about, understand, and be supported by others with similar childhood experiences.

Breaking the Silence

Breaking the Silence is a 16-week group for adult male-identified survivors of sexual assault. Therapist-led, curriculum-based group focuses on male messages, relationship and trust issues, emotional awareness, trauma recovery, and setting life goals

Stand Up, Speak Out

Stand Up, Speak Out is a 16-week group for female-identified survivors of adult sexual assault. Therapist-led, curriculum-based group focuses on managing triggers, telling story in a safe environment, connecting with other survivors, and using mindfulness to create balance.

Rising Above

Rising Above is a 24-week group for female-identified survivors of child sexual abuse and/or incest. Therapist-led, curriculum-based support group that focuses on understanding the effects of childhood sexual abuse, building skills, telling your story in a safe environment, connecting with other survivors, and going from surviving to thriving.

Begin with Hope

Begin with Hope is a 6-week workshop group for female-identified survivors of sexual assault. The therapist-led group covers 6 skills for coping, emotion regulation, and self-care as well as provides psycho-education on the effects of trauma

Pathway to Success

Open to Empowerment Program participants only. Pathway to Success uses a psycho-educational and skills-building approach to increase women’s understanding of the associations among addiction, trauma, mental health disorders, sexual risk behaviors, and financial stability.

Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model

Open to Empowerment Program participants only. TREM is a group intervention designed to help women who have suffered from abuse and/or trauma. This approach emphasizes survivor empowerment and peer support, teaches techniques for self-soothing and recognizing social boundaries, and helps women learn to focus on manageable steps of problem solving.
