Housing for Homeless Women with Mental Health or Physical Disabilities
Open to Empowerment Program participants only. The Empowerment Program owns and operated five apartment buildings providing transitional and permanent housing for homeless women living with chronic mental and/or physical disabilities.
Women’s HIV/AIDS Care & Prevention Program
Open to Empowerment Program participants only. Care and prevention services are provided for women who are living with HIV/AIDS or who are at risk of HIV infection. Comprehensive case management services are provided for both adults and teen women.
Denver Indian Health and Family Integrated Care Services
Denver Indian Health and Family Services is an integrated care facility for Native families in Denver. Services include medical, vision, dental, and mental health as well as a diabetes clinic, wellness gym, and comprehensive family services provided in a trauma-sensitive, culturally-competent environment.
Life-Line Program
The Life-Line program of the Denver Inner City Parish is located at College View Community Center in southwest Denver. Life-Line for Adults works with clients who struggle with substance abuse and/or transitioning out of gangs or prison. Services available through Life-Line include counseling, case management, prosocial activities, mentorship, resource connection, system navigation, career exploration, life skills, and job readiness training.

The Heartland Clinic – Mental Illness Care
The Heartland Clinic is licensed by the state of Colorado to provide outpatient services to adults living with major mental illnesses. Services include counseling, case management, skills training, a payee program, recreational activities, medication management, and monitoring of overall health including dental. Peer specialists, therapists & social workers, a psychiatric nurse & a psychiatrist comprise the clinical team.
Opiate Replacement Group Therapy – Denver
Denver Recovery Group is a comprehensive opiate replacement therapy provider that supports individuals with methadone maintenance, integrated physical and mental health care, counseling, and connection to social services.
Family Recovery Support for Sobriety
Comprehensive, family-based program based around customized action plans for engaging in, sustaining, or leaving treatment, maintaining sobriety, developing healthy family relationships, and generally reaching recovery. Clients are assigned a case manager/coach to support them throughout their recovery.
