The Empowerment Program

Open to Empowerment Program participants only. DBT consists of four modules: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance. Participants learn to be more present in their everyday life, have better and more long-lasting relationships, stop feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, understand their feelings, and learn ways to feel better.
